Raymond & Justin Neutra Talk In-Person
Join us for an informative presentation by Dr. Raymond Neutra, son of architect Richard Neutra, based on his book Cheap and Thin: Neutra and Frank Lloyd Wright. Dr. Raymond Neutra is the younger brother of Dion Neutra, who designed the Huntington Beach Central Library, and will discuss the nature-near design approach that descended from Frank Lloyd Wright through his father and is evident in the design of Central Library. Justin Neutra, Dr. Neutra's son, will also show excerpts from a video interview with his uncle Dion from 2000. Dr. Neutra will be available to sign copies of his book which is available for purchase on Amazon and on-site after the talk from the Friends of the Library.
