Teen Yoga In-Person
Join us for a weekly yoga session just for middle and high school teens in grades 6 - 12. We'll focus on learning basic yoga poses, practicing mindfulness, and maybe do a bit of journaling, too. Come experience how guided, intentional movement and meditation can help you feel centered in times of stress - it's like giving your brain a hug! :)
Please bring water, a yoga mat or comfy beach towel, and a small hand towel to class, and remember to wear comfy clothes that you can easily move around in. This class will be held weekly in the Talbert Room at the Central Library. Teens of all skill and ability levels are welcome!
