Wise Owl Tween Book Club Online
Wise Owl Book Club is a virtual book club just for tweens, ages 8 to 12. This summer’s club picks are Doodleville and Cardboard Kingdom, by author and illustrator Chad Sell! Chad will be joining us at each of our summer club meetings to share his process as an author and illustrator, teach a short drawing lesson, and respond to club member questions. The July 29 meeting will be a discussion meeting: read the books before attending to avoid spoilers! All registrants will receive an activity kit to go along with each club session. Books and Activity kits will be available for pick up at the Children's desk of the Central Library beginning Saturday, June 26th. Participants will receive an email with Zoom meeting information prior to each session.
Registration for both sessions opens on Saturday, June 19, at 9:00 AM.
You will automatically be registered for the July 29th event when you register for the July 1st meeting.
