Support the Children's Library and enjoy a fun family show during the annual Summer Reading Kickoff Carnival! 

This year, the Friends of the Children's Library are proud to present comedy juggler and entertainer Michael Rayner. Tickets for this show are $5 per person and will be available for purchase during Tuesday & Thursday storytimes at the Central Library in June, or from the FOTCL website, HERE. Tickets purchased online will be available for pick-up as "Will-Call" tickets at the Central Library on the day of the show, Saturday, June 24.

Michael’s show has been described as “preposterous brilliance” and “whacky jugglement,” a combination of hilarious tricks and stunts with uproarious stand-up! 
His signature trick is spinning a Burger King cheeseburger on a parasol, which garnered him an appearances on America’s Got Talent, ELLEN, The Late Late show with James Corden, The Jenifer Hudson Show, KTLA and The David Letterman Show. He’s also appeared on Sesame Street, The Extreme Gong Show, Thirty Seconds to Fame and Nickelodeon’s What Would You Do. He can also balance shoes on his nose, a cymbal on his chin, along with many other unique found object jugging tricks.

During Covid, Michael became an Instagram and TikTok sensation. Garnering over 412K followers on TikTok and 143k followers on instagram he became a bonafide influencer. His tricks have been shared by Jennifer Garner, Josh Brolin and Jessica Chasten to name a few. His most popular Instagram video went mega-viral with 26 Million views.

He performs regularly at southern California venues, including Flappers Comedy Club, The Magic Castle, Hermosa Beach Comedy Magic Club, Teatro Martini Cabaret, The Tony Martini Show, The Brookeledge Follies, Downtown Disney, and now right here, at the Huntington Beach Public Library!
