Teen Yoga In-Person
Join us for a relaxing yoga session just for teens ages 13 and up! We'll focus on learning basic yoga poses, practicing mindfulness, and maybe do a bit of journaling, too. Come experience how guided, intentional movement and meditation can help you feel centered in times of stress - it's like giving your brain a hug! :)
Please bring water, a yoga mat or comfy beach towel, and a small hand towel to class, and remember to wear comfy clothes that you can easily move around in. Teens of all skill and ability levels are welcome!
